A New Way to Eat Chilean Bean & Corn Stew

Don met our grandson Andrew for the first time in June 2011.

Don and I had Chilean Bean & Corn Stew this evening for supper. He had the brilliant idea to add a dollop of sour cream to it, and it completely changed the flavor. It is excellent both ways.

My husband, Don Crawford, and I love to cook. For me, it's more about eating delicious food than the actual cooking.
