Mexican Dip


This is a favorite at any party. It is especially delicious in the summer.

Mexican Dip
Serves 8-12

2 cans bean dip

4 avocados or 2 containers of frozen avocado dip
lemon juice
salt and pepper

1/4 cup mayonnaise
black olives, sliced
tomatoes, chopped

cheddar cheese, shredded

Spread the bean dip on a large platter. Mix the next 4 ingredients and spread on top of the bean dip. Mix next 3 ingredients and spread on top of previous layers. Cover with the remaining ingredients in the order listed. Chill. Serve with taco chips.
